Research services
Family History Help Day
We hold a Family History Help Day once a month, where you can book a one hour session with a Local Studies volunteer, who can help you to use genealogy websites to research your family tree. Phone 0161 912 3013 or email trafflocals@trafford.gov.uk to find out about the next event and book your place.
Personalised research
Unable to make it to our facility? The Centre provides both a free research service for simple searches requiring less than twenty minutes study, as well as a personalised, paid research service. Our paid research service is conducted by a member of our experienced staff, in both in half-hour and one-hour segments.
